STANDARD TIME AND & FREQUENCY STATION JJY FROM JAPAN

JJY is the call sign of a low frequency time signal radio station in Japan. The station broadcasts from Mount Otakadoya, near Fukushima. I could hear JJY on 40 kHz by using my 370 m long Beverage antenna. A mp3 audio file from my observation is on: JJY, Japan 40 kHz.mp3. In this audio file you hear after 38 seconds twice the identification "jjy"in the Morse code. In less than 4 weeks I got a nice QSL in response of my reception Report. More information about reception reports to JJY can be found on: http://jjy.nict.go.jp/jjy/reception%20report_info.pdf
